What we store
The messages you type into the site assistant (to answer you and improve those answers), and anonymous visit statistics: which pages are viewed and from what kind of device. We don't ask for or store your name, email or phone unless you type them so we can contact you.
What we use it for
To help you find the house model you're looking for, improve the catalog and understand which models draw the most interest. None of it is sold or handed to third parties for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only the providers that keep the site running (hosting, and the AI services that generate the assistant's answers and enhance the images). They receive only what's needed to provide that service.
Your choices
You can use the site without ever writing to the assistant. If you'd like a conversation or any of your data deleted, email us at info@olympusdesigns.net and we'll take care of it.
About the images
Many catalog images are enhanced with artificial intelligence and show pools, pergolas, landscaping and finishes that are not included in the model. They are for reference: the actual scope of each project is defined in the proposal.
